It is the responsibility of the group leader/person booking to inform the other members of the group of the terms and conditions of travel.
Deposits and Payment Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a booking on one of our day tours or overnight breaks. A deposit of €20 per person is required for all day tours at time of booking. A deposit of €50 per person is required for all overnight breaks at the time of booking. For Day Tours final balance is required to reach our office 14 days prior to departure and Hotel Breaks 31 days prior to departure dates. Package price will not change after the time of final payment due date, irrespective of whether the group size increases.
Group Numbers The prices of tours are based on a varying minimum number of passengers travelling. Memory Tours can cater for groups of 10 – 300 people. All tours run subject to a minimum number. Our prices are based on group sizes and therefore on a sliding scale set out at time of booking which is included on all booking forms.
Liability Memory Tours takes great care in organising our tour packages however we will not be held responsible for the day to day running of the hotels, restaurants, attractions or any other suppliers not owned by Memory Tours nor are we responsible for any additional expense, disappointment, delay or inconvenience resulting from any other supplier. Memory Tours are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, lost property or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Once your booking has been confirmed we will make every effort to provide you with the booking arrangements but reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the tour in the event of happenings outside the control of Memory Tours. Reasons for doing so may include but shall not be limited to such as matters of civil strikes or conflict, extreme adverse local weather conditions or weather warnings, natural disasters, embargoes, terrorist activity, fire, flood conditions, strikes or labour disputes, government orders or any other force majeure event. No compensation will be paid for these cancellations out of our control, however you will receive a similar package at a later date to the value of what you have paid. Memory Tours has public liability insurance. There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the tour beyond the standard public liability insurance cover of Memory Tours. While Memory Tours will endeavour to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary of any tour may be made where deemed necessary or advisable for operational reasons by Memory Tours, in its’ sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy Any cancellation of a booking by a client must be delivered to Memory Tours in writing and be acknowledged by Memory Tours. We regret that in the event of cancellation, deposits cannot be carried over to a future year or to alternative travel arrangements.

Tour Payments Made Payable By: Cash, Cheque, Card Payment, or call the office if you need an alternative option.
